We hear about divorce, teens who are out of control as well as infidelity “broken homes,” and sometimes , even emotional and physical abuse. Definitions of what constitutes a successful family differ, but the majority of sociologists and family therapists are in agreement on a few principles that separate successful families from ones that fail.
